Contributions to the Schwartz for Congress campaign are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Under federal election law, an individual/partnership may contribute a maximum of $4,600 with $2,300 counting towards the primary election and $2,300 counting towards the general election. Corporate contributions are prohibited. FEC law requires compliance with the following statements:
